Dear students, faculty and staff:

 I am honored to serve as the interim president of Kingsborough Community College. Returning to CUNY and to Brooklyn to work alongside you to set the stage for Kingsborough’s next phase of excellence is very exciting. 

I have long admired KCC for its effectiveness in teaching and learning, providing equity in education to diverse communities, and creating access to social and economic mobility for generation after generation of ambitious New Yorkers.

As we navigate through this time of transition, my primary focus will be to build on our high standards of education, ensure a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our campus community, and continue fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

 As we advance our mission of providing a quality and affordable education to our students, I encourage you to be actively engaged, share your ideas, and work towards our common goals.

 I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and look forward to working with everyone as we embrace this new chapter with optimism and determination.
