Human Resources

The Office of Human Resources is responsible for a range of services including personnel services, benefits, legal affairs, labor management relations, payroll, and records access.

Our office is committed to providing quality service with integrity, responsiveness, and sensitivity to the faculty, staff and students of the college community.

 

 

Employees in PSC-represented titles, including excluded titles, who are active on September 1, 2026, will receive a 3.5% salary increase effective September 1, 2026.

3.5% Across-the-Board Salary Increase for PSC-Represented Employees on the September 11, 2026 payroll

3.5% Salary Increase for Part-Time Hourly Employees (Non-Teaching Adjuncts, Continuing Education Teachers, Adjunct College Lab Technicians)  on the October 1, 2026 payroll

3.5% Salary Increase for Teaching Adjuncts at Tri-Semester Colleges

Teaching adjuncts at Kingsborough Community College will continue to be paid using a blended rate over the course of the semester. As a result, the September 1, 2026 salary increase will be reflected in their first Fall 2026 paycheck, for Kingsborough Community College, scheduled for September 25, 2026.

One-Time Lump-Sum Payments

The 2023-2027 PSC-CUNY collective bargaining agreement provides for one-time lump-sum payments for eligible employees in the following titles:

·         Full-time Lecturers and Doctoral Lecturers with a Certificate of Continuous Employment (CCE)

·         Full-time College Laboratory Technicians

·         Full-time CLIP and CUNY Start Instructors

·         Full-time Assistants to Higher Education Officers (HEOs)

Payment amounts range from $1,000 to $5,000, depending on the title. Eligibility is subject to the requirements set forth in the collective bargaining agreement, including active employment on designated eligibility dates.

Weight Watchers

Effective January 1, 2025 your Weight Watchers membership will continue to automatically renew each month at the new rate of $20 until you cancel or are no longer eligible to receive the discount. You will notice the new pricing on your first billing cycle following the effective date. If you have any questions, please contact Weight Watchers Customer Service at 866-797-2836.
