Archibus Guide

A recent CUNY-wide initiative has been implemented to transition all trade departments to a CUNY managed, centralized shared service department. The Archibus Work Order Entry System will be the primary way to report facilities issues. Each department in the College is assigned two (2) administrators to report all facilities requests through Archibus.

As this change is related to the CUNY-wide transition to Facilities Hubs, we request your help to ensure that KCC facilities requests are attended to under the new system. Thank you for helping with this effort.
