READMISSION APPLICATION FOR SUMMER 2022 OPENS ON APRIL 25, 2022

Students who have not attended Kingsborough Community College since the Spring 2021 term will need to readmit for the Spring 2022 second session (summer 2022).  Students in good academic standing only may apply for the Spring 2022 second session.

Last day to file a readmission application for Spring 2022 second session is June 15, 2022.  Classes begin on June 22, 2022

Please Note: Once you have received your Kingsborough degree, YOU MAY NOT APPLY FOR READMISSION.  You will need to complete a CUNY application as a second-degree student with the Admissions Office -  https://inside.kingsborough.edu/admission/#tab2C

READMISSION APPLICATION FOR FALL 2022 OPENS ON APRIL 25, 2022

Students who have not attended Kingsborough Community College since the Fall 2021 term will need to readmit for the Fall 2022 term.  Classes begin on September 9, 2022.

Readmission application for students in good academic standing who ARE NOT transferring in credits earned at other colleges will close on August 29, 2022.

Readmission application for students in good academic standing who ARE transferring in credits earned at other colleges will close on August 22, 2022.

Readmission application for students below academic standing (cumulative GPA below 2.000) will close on August 22, 2022.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR READMISSION

Please note the following:   

  • File your Application for Readmission before the deadline dates listed above. 

  • Clear any holds on your record prior to submitting a readmission form.

  • The non-refundable $20 Readmission application processing fee will be billed to your student account.  

  • U.S. Military Veterans who provide proof of service do not pay the Readmission application processing fee. 

    INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED  


Students in GOOD ACADEMIC STANDING (cumulative Grade Point Average is 2.00 or higher)
The $20 Readmission fee will be billed to your account - U.S. Veterans and My Turn students are exempt.  

Once you complete all sections of the Readmission Application, click on Submit Form.

You will receive an email confirmation of your readmission.  

Students in POOR ACADEMIC STANDING (cumulative Grade Point Average is below 2.00) 
If your cumulative GPA is below 2.00, you must write an Appeal Letter to the College Committee on Admission and Academic Standing.
The Appeal Letter must be submitted along with your Readmission Application.    

The $20 Readmission fee will be billed to your account - U.S. Veterans and My Turn students are exempt.  

Once you complete all sections of the Readmission Application, click on Submit Form.  

You will receive an email notification of the Committee's decision.
