A MESSAGE FROM STUDENT AFFAIRS

Welcome to Spring 2022! While our classes are mostly online, Student Affairs will continue to support your educational journey at Kingsborough remotely. The Division of Student Affairs services, resources, and programs will remain available to our students via virtual platforms.

We encourage you to stay engaged with your faculty, advisors, classmates, and friends.

We have enhanced several opportunities to “check-in” with our Student Affairs staff via our chat function. We also recognize that this past year have been challenging and may be overwhelming. Please note that Kingsborough CARES about you! Our Student Wellness Areas are here to. CUNY has also partnered with the CRISIS TEXT LINE to provide support for all our students. If you are struggling with any emotional or psychological concerns, you can text ‘CUNY’ to 741741 and it will initiate a free and confidential conversation with a trained volunteer.

We have several resources for student wellness check-ins, please visit HERE for more information.

If you have classes on campus or need access to campus you must download the EVERBRDIGE screening app HERE. Be sure to review the Campus Entry Guidelines HERE.

If you require a laptop, tablet, or hotspot, visit HERE for more information on how to reserve a device.

We will continue to look for opportunities to engage with you via phone call, email, IG Live, or a Zoom session. Be sure to continue to check your KCC email for updates.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email student.affairs@kbcc.cuny.edu

Be well and CATCH THE WAVE!
