Museum Month: El Museo del Barrio

Join Student Life this May with museum tours around the city! Kick off our month at El Museo del Barrio, as we recognize the culture and resiliency of Latines and indigenous people in Latin America and the United States. Students interested in attending the Museum Tour must fill out a Travel Waiver form in the Office of Student Life in C-123.

Phantom of the Opera: Ticket Sales & Show

Watch Phantom of the Opera on Broadway! Students interested in purchasing tickets for Phantom of the Opera can come by The Office of Student Life in C-123 from Tuesday, May 3 through Monday, May 9. The performance will take place at 8pm on Monday, May 9, at the Majestic Theatre. Tickets are $10 for students. One ticket per student. There will be no refunds if the student misses the show.

Tickets: $10 per student (limited to only one)
Restrictions: No outside guest. Students must be currently enrolled and present student ID to purchase tickets and entry the day of the Broadway show.

Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month Trivia

Student Life Awards & Recognition Reception

All student organizations are welcome to join Student Life as we celebrate the achievements and the return of student organizations this year. Student organizations that have registered for the 2021-2022 academic year will be recognized, as well as, welcoming new and upcoming student organizations to prosper for the next year. Lunch will be served to all members of the organization.

Museum Month continues with the National Museum of the American Indian, as we honor the native lands and history of the indigenous people of the United States. AAPI: Asian Women Leaders in Fashion

Join Phoukhane Keosamphanh, a Laotian nail artist at Art Nail NYC, as she discusses navigating the nail fashion industry as an Asian American women entrepreneur and artist by creating a platform to empower other young Asian American women to establish their own brand and agency.

AAPI & Museum Month: National Museum of the American Indian

Join Student Life this May with museum tours around the city! In honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Museum Month will conclude with the Museum of Chinese in America. Join us as we honor the living history, culture, and experience of Chinese Americans in the United States. Students interested in attending the Museum Tour must fill out a Travel Waiver form in the Office of Student Life in C-123.

AAPI: Asian and Pacific Islander Cultural Fest

Celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month with food, games, and cultural activities from Asia and the Pacific Islands. Food will be provided by Asian Owned Businesses and students will have an opportunity to learn about the different history and traditions of Asian countries. Student Life will distribute giveaways for students who participate.

Beetlejuice: Broadway Lottery Opens

Watch Beetlejuice  on Broadway! Students will need to fill out the Lottery Link below between Monday, May 23 - Friday, May 27 to submit a lottery entry for Phantom of the Opera. The performance will take place at 7 pm on Tuesday, June 7, at the Marquis Theatre. Completing the lottery entry does not guarantee tickets to the performance. Students will be notified on Monday, May 2, if they have won tickets or not.

Tickets are $10 for students. One lottery entry per student. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
