Dear College Community, This afternoon it was reported to me that a flyer was being distributed in the Clusters with content that is antithetical to our college value of respect and the civility that every member of our college community is called upon to exemplify. I want to be clear that in this space, we all share in the responsibility for maintaining a work environment that is free from discrimination and harassment. If you have not had the opportunity to read the 2022 Reaffirmation of Commitment to Diversity/ Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action that was distributed last week, I urge you to.
