The duration varies on the scope of the page and the amount of content or text. To ensure the fastest possible launch of the page, we require a document that has all of the finalized content or text you wish to appear on the page. Only after we receive that final, approved document can we build the page.

KCC website utilizes a specific design framework that complies with KCC’s branding guidelines and ensures a consistent user experience across all of our webpages. As a result, new and updated pages must align with this framework. Additionally, our framework must follow web accessibility guidelines.

A Communications and Marketing staff member will contact you regarding the design process, deliverables and deadlines.

Create a new website/new web page

When submitting your request, please ensure the text and content are finalized, fully proofed for typos, and reflect exactly how you want the content displayed on the page.

  • Include the page's name or the new website,
  • Include the page's new URL
  • Add a descriptive page title
  • Add any relevant keywords, tags, meta title, and description based on the content provided for SEO purposes
  • Ensure the page matches the overall branding and style guide of the KCC website.
  • Upload and insert any images, videos, or other media provided.
  • For images, videos, or other media requests contact Communication and Marketing team.  
  • Submit content using the Word document.

Update a webpage/page

Request web edits for pages on the KCC website. Please only use this form to request design, structural and content edits. 

Design and structural edits may include:

  • New sections within pages
  • Changes in colors, photos, or element designs
  • Reorganized sections
