Health Center

 

The Health Center is one of many services offered by the Department of Student Affairs and is an integral part of Student Wellness Services. Whether remote or on-campus, the Health Center is committed to supporting student health and well-being. We are generally open when classes are in session and the College is open for business

We are committed to taking proper safety measures as we follow guidance and safety guidelines from CUNY, the CDC and the NYSDOH.

Appointments are required to obtain the free vaccines offered in our office. 
For (Hep B, Flu, MMR, and T-dap) vaccines, please call 718-368-5684 or email Health.Center@kbcc.cuny.edu to schedule an appointment.

Any student, faculty, administrator or support staff of Kingsborough Community College and any other person on campus will be assisted in an emergency by the staff in the Office of Health Services.

The Health Center, upon assessment, makes a referral to your own health care provider and to other health-related agencies. There you will be reassessed and treated as needed.

The Health Center has the following staff to assist you with your needs

  • Full-time and part-time Registered Nurses
  • CUNY Administrative Assistant and College Assistants

 

No. The Health Center renders health care free of charge to the recipient. However, there may be a fee associated with health care given at the referral site.
