CUNYfirst will ONLY recognize your KCC email address. If you don't already have a KCC email address, for assistance, contact the student Helpdesk @ L-106 or e-mail: helpdesk@students.kbcc.cuny.edu or phone 718-368-6679 to set up your KCC email account.

Select your Challenge Questions and Answers—you need five of them. Choose each question
from the drop down menu and type in your answers. |

Your CUNYfirst account is now activated. Please make note of your username and password and keep them in a safe place. You will need to update your password every 90 days. A reminder will be emailed to you at 85 days. You will not be able to re-use one of your four previous passwords. Your password cannot be changed for five days after you last changed your password.
Logging On
After you have claimed your account, you will receive a confirmation screen with your user name and CUNYfirst ID. Typically, your CUNYfirst user name is your first name and last name, with a dot between the two names; added to that is the last two digits of your CUNYfirst ID. For example, John Smith would be John.Smith12.
Your password is the password you entered when you claimed your account.
