CUNY/Kingsborough Tablet Loan Program

LAST CALL!

KCC Students,

We have a limited number of tablets remaining. Below are the instructions to receive your tablet device from CUNY/Kingsborough:

You will be asked to review the following:
NAME
CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS (this is REQUIRED in order for the device to be mailed to you)

A confirmation email will be sent to you Kingsborough Student email address. Please check your spam/junk folders. (Instructions to access KCC Student email HERE)

Devices will be delivered to the confirmed mailing address by UPS.
NOTE: Deliveries WILL NOT be left at the mailing address. Deliveries will require a verbal signature where the name and contact number for the person accepting delivery. THERE WILL BE NO PHYSICAL SIGNATURE.

Each device will be accompanied by paperwork to acknowledge receipt of device, instructions for the device, and an agreement. The agreement should be mailed or emailed back with the signature to:

NOTE

Kingsborough cannot monitor or track the delivery date/time of the device
Devices not delivered will be returned to Kingsborough and cannot be resent to student
