Direct Deposit Enrollment

This is how university is telling us Direct Deposit documentation has to be provided to the HR Office:

  • The sender must password protect the attachment(s) and send it via email to human resources staff.

  • The attachment(s) refer to the necessary documents needed for processing direct deposit. These include the Direct Deposit Form, copy of a voided check with banking information or a form letter from the bank indicating ABA (routing number) and customer's account number.

  • The password must be sent in a separate email to human resources staff.
