Summer Culinary Vaccination Requirements 2022

As this program will be held at Kingsborough Community College, you must follow the CUNY KCC vaccination requirements.

Here are some helpful tips for uploading their vaccination:

• Take a clear picture of the vaccination card and crop the photo to only show the vaccination card.
• Do not click on the attestation box for the NYS Excelsior pass. If you click on the NYS Excelsior Pass attestation box, you will have to provide an excelsior pass - this step is not necessary.

We are unable to upload the vaccine card on your behalf, you must do this yourself.  However, if you require guidance, feel free to reach out to the College Now Office at 718 368 5170.
