Flipping the Script

Dear KCC Students,

  After I saw this posted on social media this week:

Three simple rules in life.

1.      If you don’t go after you want, you will never have it.

2.      If you don’t ask, the answer is always no.

3.      If you don’t step forward, you are always going to be in the same place.

  It made me think about the rules that I live by and some of things that motivate me like:

  1.      Never judge a book by its cover.

2.      Stumbling is not falling.

3.      In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity.

4.      Don’t be afraid of failure, be afraid of not trying in the first place.

So, I decided to flip the script the week.  As we get closer to the start of the semester, I want to know what are the rules that you live by? What motivates you to succeed?
