Drinking Water and Minding Your Business.

Dear KCC Students,

NYC is heading for a heatwave today and I am staying hydrated and I hope you are too.  But because I care about your success not only am I drinking water, I am also minding your business.  I am reaching out to you today, because our records show that you have not registered for the fall 2023 semester.   

I know that you are closer that you were two years ago to achieving your goal of earning your first (or some cases second) college degree.  You are almost at the finish line! And want to help you get there, cross over and enjoy your victory lap (graduation). 

If you need help, please respond to this email and to let me know what challenges, issues, concerns or questions you have that we can assist with so you can register for the fall.  Include your full name, student ID#, and phone number so we can get back in touch with you.

The semester starts on September 8th and I really hope to see you on campus, or online.   But most of all I want to see you on your graduation day.

I am looking forward to hearing from and helping you.

FYI:

Kingsborough students should use STARFISH to make an appt with their advisor and must register through Schedule Builder. 

Your KCC Advisement Academies advisor is available to support you. We encourage you to reach out to schedule a meeting with them as soon as possible using STARFISH. You can meet with your advisor either via Zoom or in-person.  

Students in special programs (ASAP, College Discovery, and FLEX) should reach out to their advisors directly. Appointments should be made using STARFISH.

Fall A (Fall 2023): 12-week classes run September 8 – December 10, 2023

Fall B (Winter 2024): 6-week classes run January 2 – February 14, 2024
