Readmission Process

INSTRUCTIONS FOR READMISSION       

1. Your Application for Readmission should be filed immediately, according to the deadline date listed on the "Readmission Process" web page.
2. Any holds on your record must be cleared prior to submitting this form. 
3. THE $20 READMISSION APPLICATION PROCESSING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.  
4. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

Students in Good Academic Standing (cumulative Grade Point Average is 2.00 or higher)
1. Pay the $20 Readmission Fee at the Bursar’s Office, Room A-205.
2. Obtain Immunization Clearance from Health Services, Room A-108.
3. Proof of Residency must be confirmed in Room V-114 if your residency has changed since you last attended. Immigration Status Documentation (Original Documents - Passport, I-20, Visa, I-94, I-551) must be presented in Room V-114.
4. Return your Readmission Form for processing to the Registrar’s Office, Room A-101. 

Students in Poor Academic Standing (cumulative Grade Point Average is below 2.00) 
1. If your cumulative GPA is below 2.00, you must write an Appeal Letter to the College Committee on Admission and Academic Standing.
2. The Readmission Application must be filed along with your Appeal Letter. 
3. Pay the $20 Readmission Fee at the Bursar's Office, Room A-205.
4. Obtain Immunization Clearance from Health Services, Room A-108.
5. Proof of Residency must be confirmed in Room V-114 if your residency has changed since you last attended.  Immigration Status Documentation (Original Documents - Passport, I-20, Visa, I-94, I-551) must be presented in Room V-114.
6. Return your Readmission Form for processing to the the Registrar's Office, Room A-101.  You must include your Appeal Letter with your Readmission Form.                                                   
7. You will be notified of the status of your Application for Readmission in writing.
