ESL 70 Full-time Intensive ESL (T) $825
Mon-Fri 9am-2pm Jan 10-March 23
Learn or improve your English! Register for the KELI Full-Time Intensive English as a Second Language Course.

Benefits include:
• Customized class placement
• Certificate of Attendance (90%)
• A valid ID card (provides access to pool, gym, library, computer labs and other campus facilities)
• 25 hours per week, for 10 weeks
• Assistance for CUNY college admission
• Trips and events
• TOEFL practice
• The issuing of I-20s to qualified students
• Academic preparation for university-bound students
• Advanced classes that are suitable for Masters programs

Evening and Weekend ESL Classes
This part-time English as a Second Language (ESL) program provides 9 levels of proficiency, offering English survival skills from job readiness to university preparation. Register and complete three terms of English as a Second Language in our weeknight program and earn a certificate as follows:

Beginner Certificate Levels 0, 1, 2
Advanced Beginner Levels 2, 3, 4
Intermediate Levels 3, 4, 5
Advanced Certificate Levels 4, 5, 6
Certificate in Advanced Reading & Writing Levels 7, 8
This program works: More than sixty-five hundred (6,500) adults improved their English skills last year.

ESL 00 English as a Second Language (T) $150
MonWed 6:45-9:45pm Jan 10-March 23 OR TueThur 6:45-9:45pm Jan 11-March 17

• Placement in classes at the level needed
• Qualified and experienced instructors
• Practice in listening and speaking, as well as reading and writing
• Three (3) hours of computer instruction (Level 3-8)
• Interesting instructional content designed for all adults

ESL 00S English as a Second Language (T) $125
Sat 10am-3pm Jan 15-March 19 OR Sun 10am-3pm Jan 16-March 20
For those who can’t attend during the week, we offer ESL on
Saturday or Sunday.

CCC 35 Free ESL and Food Handler Certificate
For Qualified Applicants.
MonWedThur 9-2pm Jan 10-April 4
While teaching ESL, this program incorporates Serv-Safe Certification, covering health and safety during hands-on food preparation. This course is divided into kitchen and classroom sessions each aimed at preparing the student for the food handler’s certifying exam which will be given immediately upon completion of the local regulations training. Food service, culinary and equipment terminology, stock, soups and sauces and manning professional chef’s station are also included.

RWV 07 Writing for Advanced Non-Native
Speakers of English $100
Sat 10am-12pm Jan 15-March 19
Designed for non-native English speakers, this class will help you to improve your writing skills and focus on standard form and style as well as correct grammatical structures.

RWV 55 English Conversation $110
Mon 7-9pm Jan 24-March 21
This is an intermediate to advanced course for those who wish to practice their speaking skills. Led by an experienced teacher, you will maximize your speaking time, make short speeches, and take turns leading groups.

RTP 99 TOEFL: Preparation for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (T) $125
TueThur 6:30 - 9pm Jan 25-March 17
For graduates of foreign nations’ secondary schools, who wish to apply for admission to colleges and universities, this class will prepare you to sit for the TOEFL exam.
