Accessing Handshake as an Alumnus/Graduate with an active Kingsborough Email
- Sign In with Your Kingsborough Email
- Go to https://kbcc-cuny.joinhandshake.com/
- Select “Continue with email” and log in using your Kingsborough/CUNY email and password.
- Change your Primary Email
- Add your preferred personal email to your account and make it primary. View this article for detailed instructions
- Update Your Profile
- Upload or refresh your résumé.
- Add education, experiences, and skills that reflect your current goals.
- The more complete your profile, the better your job matches.
- Explore Opportunities
- Search for full-time jobs, internships, and networking events.

Brooklyn Navy Yard
The Albert C. Wiltshire Employment Center connects local residents to jobs and careers available in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Our team works with the 500+ businesses on the Yard to understand their staffing needs and connect them with talent. More than 2,500 individuals have found jobs through the Employment Center to-date. The Employment Center team connects candidates to job opportunities including full-time, part-time, temporary, and permanent positions in a diverse set of occupations and sectors.
The Employment Center is open to the public for in-person and remote services to connect candidates to open roles with our employer partners on the Yard.
