Dr. Alexis McGee is an Assistant Professor of English at The University of Alabama. Her research includes Black Feminist Theory, African American language, literacies, and rhetorics. This discussion focuses on the relationship between music, rhetoric, and writing. How do our Listening practices intersect with what we read? And, how do we write about it?
