Schedule for Student Helpdesk

Schedule for Office of Academic Services (M224)
Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our office phone number is 718 368 5353/5645.

Weekend office hours located in S-220 are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and that office phone number is 718 368 5233/4554.

Schedule for Weekend Technical Support
Weekend Technical Support is available during Spring, Fall and Winter Semester. The weekend support person is Abbas Uddin and his office is located in S-220. His office phone number is 718 368 5233 and his hours are Saturday & Sunday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Student Helpdesk is located in L-117. Walk-in support hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm in L-117 (with the exception of the 6 Fridays the college is closed during the Summer module).

After 4:00 pm, you may visit the Cyber Lounge (M-200), Monday through Thursday till 10:00 pm where someone will be able to assist you.

Cyber Lounge Helpdesk is located in M-200 and is open from 9:00am to 10:00pm Monday through Thursday.
