Kingsborough Community College has a 21st century, state of the art Avaya – S8700 telephone system. It supplies services for almost 2000 college wide users. This includes all offices, staff and faculty and some student lines. This telephone system also provides service to over 80 campus wide fax machines for faculty and staff and over 600 voice mail users.

General Procedures for Service Requests:
For service requests, please send an e-mail or department memorandum to Kevin O’Shea at firstname.lastname@example.org or mail to Office of Information Technology Services at room L-117, mail code IT.
All service requests including adds,moves ,changes to telephone service and changes in voicemail require an email or department memo from department head or department chair for change,requests via phone will not tbe accepted unless it is for a repair.
For Telephone & Fax Machine Repairs:
Call Help Desk at extension 6679 and leave a brief message stating problem, extension number, user’s name and room location.
