Faculty Brainstorming Session

 We will hold a meeting for the faculty to brainstorm and share teaching ideas on Just Kids

 

Books Distribution

And, we will distribute books for students who need Just Kids for a class all day, between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm.

The Keynote event for this year's Women's History Month Programming will be held in collaboration with KCC Reads / Common Reading

"We will stand and together we will rise":

Women's Friendships, Women's Survival, Women Rise Up

This event is inspired by R&B legend Beyonce

Knowles' song: "Rise Up"

This event will also feature an Art Exhibit curated by Prof Madeline Sorel and food and refreshments catered by our Culinary Arts Program and coordinated by Prof Thom Smyth.

Our fnal event of the year:

An afternoon tea will be held late May

for all teachers of the book and

all members of the KCC Reads Cohort...

Details forthcoming.

 

 JUNE

 

 

 

 

 In June, members of the KCC Reads cohort will put together the THIRD volume of our student journal, Paideia: The Journal of KCC Reads. It will be released / distributed at our Inaugural Lecture for the 2015 - 2016 academic year in Sept. 2015.
