Multiple Reservations

To request equipment for your class please complete this online form. Please submit request at least two weeks in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts. The Media Center will acknowledge receipt of your request within 3 days and confirm availability of equipment for delivery. Please retain confirmation notification as proof of commitment on the part of the Media Center to deliver available equipment.
