Benefits Start at KCC and transfer to one of the following four-year institutions: Brooklyn College (Biotechnology), City College of New York (Bioengineering) or Stony Brook University (Bioengineering) Receive a $2000 stipend ($500 per semester) while at KCC AND a $4000 scholarship at Brooklyn College, City College of New York or Stony Brook

Requirements All applicants must complete an application, found online,and return as a Word attachment to KCCBBC@kbcc.cuny.edu
All students must take Honors Pre-calculus (MAT 14) and Biostatistics (MAT 91), and pass with a minimum grade of B.
Biotechnology cohort must take Bioinformatics (BIO/CIS 60) and pass with a minimum grade of B. Bioengineering cohort must take Applied Linear Algebra and Vector Analysis (MAT 82) and pass with a minimum grade of B.
All students must maintain cumulative academic average 2.7 (80) and 3.0 (85) average in math and science. |
