Biography

PAUL RICCIARDIis an Assistant Professor of Theatre Arts in the Communications and Performing Arts Department at KCC. He is a Designated Linklater Voice Teacher and works regularly as a vocal coach, actor, and solo performer. As an actor and award winning solo artist, Paul has appeared in theaters throughout NYC and beyond. Recent credits include the premiere of his new solo show, Angry and Other Stories at Dixon Place in NYC and a 2013 Summer Performance Residency with the Stromboli Project in Stromboli, Italy. As a voice and text coach, Paul has worked with theaters, colleges, and universities throughout the northeast. Previously, Paul has taught at Siena College, University at Albany, and Rhode Island College. Paul is Co-Vice Chair for Region I of the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival, and he is a recipient of the 2009 Kennedy Center National Teaching Artist Award. He earned his MFA in Acting at Trinity Repertory Company in Providence, RI.
