Bridges to the Baccalaureate Program

The Medgar Evers College (MEC)/Kingsborough Community College (KCC) Bridges to the Baccalaureate Program is a program designed to bridge the two-year college student with the four-year college in the Biomedical Sciences.  This program is available to federally recognized minority students majoring in the biomedical sciences, with a minimum GPA of 2.7.  It provides students with:  one-on-one faculty mentored research projects and presentation of this work at scientific conferences, attending classes in Research Methods and Bioinstrumentation, field trips to scientific institutions, publishing abstracts, and focused career and academic advisement.  For more information contact:
